Excellence 5 by Audes. Lo dice la parola siamo nell'alto dell'hi-end, tipico di diffusori da oltre 10.000 euro la coppia. Ma Audes offre tale livello alla metà di questa cifra!
Si prende la configurazione Audes Blues e si aumenta la qualita' dei singoli componenti.
Come detto per le Blues la configurazione dei medi in D'Appolito supera l'aspettativa di trasparenza che gia i componenti fanno prevedere.
La dimostrazione è che la Audes Excellence 3 che ha gli stessi componenti ma non i medi in D'Appolito rimane qualitativamente indietro anche alla Blues ,che usa componenti di qualità inferiore ma con la configurazione dei medi in D'Appolito( due woofer piccoli con tweeter al centro e crossover relativo:non basta la disposizione dei componenti!).
Al progetto Blues si aggiunge ,oltre la maggior qualita' dei singoli componenti, anche un woofer passivo che annulla l'esistenza del tubo reflex: medio bassi cosi' non li avrete mai sentiti,veloci all'impulso e fermi quando il segnale si esaurisce.
Ecco migliorata la trasparenza del suono oltre il pensabile,gia' raggiunto dalle Blues, e una ancora piu' facile collocazione in ambiente.
Leggete quanto detto sulle Blues relativamente ai risultati di trasparenza e disposizione del suono in ambiente.
La linearità del grafico mostrato per angolazioni fino a 30 gradi e' una rarita' oggi:in particolare la non esaltazione a basse frequenze ,tanto importante per una facile collocazione in ambiente anche a ridosso della parete frontale all'ascoltatore.

Every model in the AUDES EXCELLENCE line has unique and profound design foundation, like its ultra massive front panel, with rounded side edges to eliminate any unwanted interferences. Side and rear panels were created to embrace the cabinet with the finest grades of wood veneer. Cabinet stability is ensured by a substantial cabinet base and adjustable floor spikes.
AUDES EXCELLENCE utilizes the finest audiophile grade components. We have incorporated a silk dome based tweeter (SEAS of Norway) that has been submerged into the cabinet to diminish negative influences of cabinet interferences. Paper based mid-bass drivers are the finest new SEAS products. We have developed proprietary 8" woofers, specifically designed for the EXCELLENCE line to insure unprecedented and unmatched ability to recreate an articulated bass. The crossover network utilizes the world's finest MUNDORF capacitors. Our research and development team have vigorously selected and tested every component. We choose only the best and the world's finest components, we do not take shortcuts and do not accept compromises.
